Alex Ross

“Fall in love with the journey.”

Alex was a competitive swimmer throughout high school, and was inspired to buy a home-gym setup to keep his fitness up after hanging up the towel. Because of his strong passion for human anatomy and biomechanics, Alex completed his Physiotherapy and Personal Training qualifications. He quickly realised how simple it was to build a strong and resilient body and wanted to share this knowledge with his clients. He says the most rewarding part of his job is assisting his clients achieve both their physical and mental goals.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Alex says to fall in love with the journey and not the outcome. Break up your larger goals into smaller ones, and slowly build consistency until you reach them.

Alex’s training style is focused on a mixture of strength, hypertrophy, stretching and flexibility training.

When he has spare time, Alex loves spending time socialising with friends and family, going for trail runs, and enjoying a swim.
