“There is never a perfect time to start.”

Alexia has been into fitness since she started playing soccer at the age of 6, and she got her first gym membership as soon as she was able to. After falling in love with resistance training, Alexia realised that fitness was more than just a hobby to her, and something she wanted to pursue as a career. Lex now has the goal of guiding as many individuals as possible throughout their own journeys.

To those just beginning their fitness journey’s, Alexia says that when it comes to fitness there is never a perfect time to start your journey. Her biggest piece of advice would be to just start, whether that be a walk every day, training in the gym once a week, seeing a personal trainer, or drinking enough water every day – every little thing is a step closer to achieving your goals.

Alexia's training style is predominately resistance based training, however she does love to mix it up with HIIT cardio as well.

Her perfect day would consist of a gym sesh, followed by spending time at the beach with family and friends, and finishing the day by going shopping then out for a nice dinner.
