"A patient approach to fitness"

Alix is the perfect example of how fitness can turn your life around. In her late teens, she decided to make a change after dealing with weight issues by actively following fitness videos and improving her lifestyle.

From her own experience she strongly believes in a patient approach to fitness by setting realistic and achievable goals. She incorporates resistance and cardio exercises with functional, compound movement through her HIIT and circuit-style training.

Away from the gym, Alix is partial to a Netflix binge sesh and is no stranger to the kitchen where she likes to cook and bake up a storm!

What is your favourite gym exercise?

I know I'm in the minority here, but I love a burpee!

What is your hidden talent?

I can play Careless Whisper on the saxophone.

What would be your first question after waking up from being cryogenically frozen for 100 years?
