After suffering an injury as a professional ballet and Latin American dancer, Amy turned to the gym in order to gain strength and heal. As at trainer, she now loves seeing the women she coaches become confident in themselves and gain independence.

For those wanting advice on starting their own fitness journeys, Amy advises to know your goals and become clear on exactly why and by when you want to reach them. She also believes it's important to find an experienced and qualified coach who will keep you accountable.

Amy keeps her training style simple and straightforward so as not to overcomplicate the process.

In her spare time, Amy loves to settle in for a movie night with her little girl.
