Growing up as a footy player, Andrew always loved keeping fit and healthy. His passion for keeping active was highlighted after doing his Year 10 work experience in a gym, and from there he was inspired to become a personal trainer to help people reach their goals inside a gym environment.
For those who are just starting out, Andrew says to keep it simple and take advice from people who you trust. He also says to take things slow, don’t overreach, and tackle each challenge as it comes.
Andrew tailors his training approach to each client after considering their individual needs and goals, whilst proving a fun and safe experience for all.
When he’s not busy working with his clients, you will find Andrew walking his dog, catching up with friends or playing team sports.
