Fitness has been a part of Anthony’s life since he was a child, so it wasn’t a surprise when as a teenager he became addicted to weight training. He loved the benefits and continual improvement that weight training brought to all areas of his life. Becoming a trainer was an obvious next step for Anthony, as it combined his love for working out and his passion for helping others.
To those who want to start their fitness journey, Anthony encourages to reach out for help when you need it. He noted to that like any other area of life, if you want to get ahead and see the best results, you shouldn’t be afraid to seek guidance from those who know what they are doing.
Anthony’s training style varies depending on his clients’ goals, but is often focused on strength and resistance training.
When Anthony isn’t in the gym training clients or himself, you can find him working on his photography, travelling and seeking to improve his skills in other areas of life.
