Fitness became a part of Arabella’s life when she decided she wanted to join the Navy and began training to reach that goal. However, after falling in love with fitness she realised that she wanted a career where she could share her love and knowledge with those who were also interested.
To those who want to start their fitness journey, Arabella reminds everyone that they need to be kind to themselves and remember that fitness isn’t one size fits all. Realise that fitness isn’t a race. The more consistent you stay, the better your results will be.
Arabella caters each session to each client, to ensure that all of them fit inside the optimal situation for themselves, rather than following a training style that is popular or stereotypical.
When Arabella isn’t in the gym training clients or herself, she says she can’t go past a coastal walk at sunset, or a hike in the middle of nowhere.
