Fitness has been a part of Ash's life from a young age and saw her spend 20 years as a dancer. She believes setting realistic goals and exercising consistently well, rather than sporadically, is the key to staying on track.
While she's no drill Seargent, she will motivate people to push their boundaries and try new things with her workouts.
Ash's other interests are eclectic and span across teaching Irish dancing, helping rescue dogs and cooking.
