Ashlee was always a very active kid, dancing throughout her whole childhood and giving every sport a try that she could. After trying a group fitness class for the first time, her love for weightlifting began and has evolved from there. After experiencing firsthand the positive impact an inspiring coach can have on your fitness journey, Ashlee wanted to be that person for others. She now enjoys helping people become strong both physically and mentally, and more confident.
“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great”. For those new to fitness, Ashlee recommends starting now, as a year from now you’ll wish you’d started today.
Ashlee describes her training style as a mix of hypertrophy and strength. She feels there’s nothing more rewarding than working towards physique goals while also getting stronger and hitting new PBs.
Outside of the gym, Ashlee is a big foodie and loves trying out new places to eat and discovering hidden gems. She also loves swimming, surfing and relaxing by the beach.
