As soon as Avi started training at a gym with his mates whilst in high school, he was hooked. He became fascinated with the process of manipulating daily habits in our everyday life and at the gym to alter how we look and feel. Ever since, Avi has continued to educate himself so that he can help others reach their true potential. His favourite part of being a trainer is helping people to change for the better.
For those wanting to make a start on their own health and fitness journeys, Avi says to remember that we all have a starting point, and to never compare your journey to someone else’s. He also focuses on the idea that consistency wins and says to remember that everyday habits lead to lifelong changes.
Avi trains his clients according to their individual goals, injuries and enjoyment. He says that each exercise he does with his clients serves a purpose towards reaching their goal, and he will make sure to give that extra encouragement to get them there.
Outside the gym, Avi enjoys watching YouTube and playing rugby.
