“Nobody is judging you!”
Beau’s fitness journey began when he knew he needed to make some lifestyle changes to become healthier. He was stuck in his shell, had a terrible relationship with food, and was nervous at the thought of any kind of social gathering. He knew something had to change, but he wasn’t sure how. After watching a few ‘World’s Strongest Man’ shows, something clicked in his head, and he realised that there was nothing stopping him from becoming strong, healthy, and confident. After gradually building his own strength and confidence, he knew it was something he wanted to dive deeper into, and help others along their own journey.
For those new to fitness, Beau says to remember that nobody is judging you. If you do the little things, take small steps, and work on habits that will last, you will get where you need to be.
Beau’s training style is approachable and understanding. He says the aim isn’t to break records every day, but to make constant progress toward building healthy exercise habits that will last you a lifetime.
Outside of the gym, Beau loves to read, listen to a podcast, meditate, or go for a walk at the park or beach.
