Growing up Becky was never that interested in sport, but signed up to her local gym to keep healthy and fit. Whilst she had no idea where to start, she experimented, researched and gained a mentor to grow her abilities and increase her confidence. In doing so, Becky fell in love with the changes in her physical and mental health, and felt accomplished, strong and confident. What she most loves about training her clients now is the fulfilment it gives her seeing them reap the same benefits.
The advice that Becky gives to people who are just beginning their fitness journey is to create a plan, with both big and small goals to work towards. She says to stay consistent you need to make it fun and enjoyable for yourself, and to constantly remind yourself why you’re on this journey.
Becky likes to focus her training primarily on strength and resistance as it is the answer to many goals, such as muscle growth, fat loss and strength. She likes to keep things spicy with various exercise selections and may even add in a couple of HIIT variations!
In her free time, she leads two different lives; The first loves to get to the beach, surround herself with family, and socialise with her friends. The other loves to curl up in bed with a good Netflix show.
