Brad grew up playing most sports but primarily basketball, and wanted to gain some size and strength to battle the bigger bodies on the court. Seeing the changes in his body and improvements on the court sparked an interest for him to further educate himself and complete his Exercise and Sport Science degree. The knowledge and tools he’s obtained over time have helped him to educate and inspire people to level up all aspects of their life through health and fitness.
Brad loves celebrating his clients’ wins with them, whether it be a positive body transformation or hitting a PR in the gym.
