Brodie Kitson

“Consistency is key.”

Brodie first got into fitness through playing sports as a teenager and carried this through to his adult life at the gym. As a personal trainer, he enjoys watching people develop and grow, and cherishes the relationships and friendships he’s built along the way.

His advice for those starting out their fitness journey is that consistency is key. He preaches that if you can build a routine, keep coming in over several months and incorporate exercise into your lifestyle, you will get fit. It's that simple.

Brodie likes to incorporate a mix of cardio and strength training to help his clients reach optimal results. With experience training clients from all ages and abilities, Brodie is always mindful of limitations and client capabilities.

Outside of fitness, Brodie has always enjoyed creative outlets. Writing and photography have been a passion of his for a long time, along with travelling and seeing the world.
