“Celebrate what your body can do!”
Caitlin has played sport since she was young and was a gymnast for over 10 years. After retiring from the sport, Caitlin joined a gym and instantly fell in love with pushing her body and seeing results. After years of working on her strength, Caitlin began bodybuilding and won her PRO card in her first season. The experience proved to her how possible it is to achieve huge goals through hard work, discipline and self belief. Caitlin’s coach through this experience provided her with so much knowledge, support and empowerment, that she felt overwhelmed to do the same for her own clients!
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Caitlin says that ‘consistency is what will get you results. Just keep going!”. She also recognises the importance of shifting your perspective, from punishing your body for what it looks like, to celebrating what your body can do!
Caitlin’s caters all workouts to her client’s needs, abilities and goals. She is understanding and supportive of clients who have never stepped into a gym but will also challenge them to push themselves outside of their comfort zone. Her training style has a strong focus on strength and mindset, to enable them to become confident.
When she has spare time, Caitlin loves to go for walks along the coast, catching up with friends and family on a coffee date, and doing saunas and ice baths.

A caterpillar. They go inside themselves to rebuild morph and transform into a beautiful Butterfly
