Growing up, Caitlin lived in a small town where the heart and soul of the community was based around community sport. Being ingrained in her lifestyle from such a young age, Caitlin found that she always loved keep fit and healthy. Once she was old enough, she began going to the gym which was a big shift from the community sport environment. Caitlin understands how nerve-racking and confronting this transition can be, and as a personal trainer, aspires to help people overcome their initial fear of joining a gym so they can smash their goals.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Caitlin says to trust and enjoy the process! If you find something you love doing, you’ll stay consistent and see results.

Caitlin’s sessions focus on building strength; both physically and mentally.

When she isn’t at the gym, Caitlin loves to hang out with family and friends, and go on long walks.
