Celina began her fitness journey in her backyard following simple YouTube workouts to keep fit for her dancing inside and outside of school. She joined her first gym in early high school and it just clicked! She’s now fallen in love with seeing what she’s capable of.
Celina feels at home in the gym, and loves guiding, supporting and motivating her clients to achieve their goals. She finds seeing her clients grow and accomplish small or big goals such a rewarding feeling.
For those hoping to kick start their fitness journeys, Selina’s advice is to be consistent and patient. Focus on getting into a routine and keep it simple. Finding a training style that works for you along with a motivating playlist also help!
Celina’s training style mostly consists of strength training and powerbuilding.
Outside of the gym, Selina enjoys bouldering, gaming and creating artworks.
