Celine had always loved this idea of helping people and knew she wanted to make a career out of it. After having a personal trainer of her own and loving the support, she decided to become a trainer so that she could help people create healthier sustainable lifestyles.

For those just beginning their fitness journey, Celine advises to find guidance from a professional so that you aren't so lost and confused. She also reminds us of the importance to keep pushing, with the reminder that it’s not a linear process, but the results make it worth it.

Celine tailors her training style to each client, however, always enjoys focusing on strength and conditioning to create a balanced approach. She also aims to help each client create lifestyle changes that result in both mental and physical progress.

When she’s not training herself or her clients at Revo, you’ll find Celine doing Muay Thai, going camping, and heading out for a 4wd.
