Chantelle Borchardt


After hating PE class and sport at school, Chantelle’s love for fitness came about by accident after taking up running out of boredom and having a friend convince her to join a gym. She soon fell in love with the process of getting stronger and more confident through pushing past her boundaries, and never looked back. Chantelle loves getting her clients excited about their goals, and now focuses on impacting as many lives as possible through health and fitness.

Chantelle sympathises that starting is the hardest part, but encourages those new to fitness to take that first step because 6, 12 or 18 months from now they’re going to look back and be so glad they did.

Chantelle uses a tailored approach to incorporate training methods that work to increase strength and change body composition.

When she’s not smashing goals in the gym, Chantelle loves anything adventurous and being outside, especially at the beach!
