“Do something you enjoy!”
Chloe spent her childhood playing loads of soccer, however it wasn’t until she was a teenager and began to grow out of the sport that she decided to focus on her fitness journey. When she first started going to the gym, she was filled with anxiety, self-doubt and would often leave the gym when it was too busy. As a trainer, Chloe wants to help people who are in a similar position beginning their journey. Chloe enjoys seeing her clients achieve their goals and become more confident in themselves, and especially loves to see their faces when they achieve something they didn’t think was possible.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Chloe says to find some form of exercise you enjoy! The more you enjoy the exercises you’re doing, the more consistent you will be. She says by prioritising making your training fun, you will also find out what works for you.
Chloe’s training style is focused on her clients’ needs and providing personalised plans directed at achieving their goals. She likes to focus on resistance training and love to include HIIT when possible!
When not at the gym, you’ll find Chloe going for long coastal walks, hitting up the beach, or playing a game of soccer.

I would be an Elephant, because they are my favourite animal and because they also symbolise strength, power and invincibility.
