“It’s not meant to happen overnight.”
After injuring her knee playing team sports, Chloe started going to the gym to keep up her fitness. Growing up playing a wide range of sports, she found herself missing the competitive nature, and so gravitated towards body building. Chloe found entering her first bikini competition proved to herself that with discipline and will power you can achieve anything that you put your mind to. As a personal trainer, she loves helping others accomplish their own goals and seeing them reach milestones they never thought they would achieve.
To those who want to start of their fitness journey, Chloe advises to be patient, as it will happen slowly over time. She says to start off with going for small walks, going to the gym once a week, and seeing a personal trainer for more guidance to help begin the journey.
Chloe’s training style varies depending on her clients’ goals, but is often focused on strength training and HIIT circuits to build muscle and get the heart rate up.
When Chloe isn’t in the gym training clients or herself, you can find her spending time with her son and family.
