Growing up Chris wasn’t confident in his appearance and joined a gym in hopes of improving his physique, however it wasn’t until months after signing up that he even stepped foot into a gym. Despite a slow start, once Chris got a trainer and began to see progress, he never looked backed.

Chris was inspired by how his trainer changed his life and became a trainer himself as he wanted to become that person for someone else. What he most loves about being a personal trainer is seeing how proud someone is of themselves when they make progress and knowing he assisted them along their journey.

For those new to fitness, Chris says find your ‘why’ and use that as fuel, because that will drive you to not only kick start the journey but keep the momentum going.

Chris focuses on a hypertrophy training style, consisting of high repetitions across all exercises to achieve high muscle development.

Outside of the gym, you will find Chris playing basketball, gaming or playing a good old-fashioned game of beer pong with his friends.
