Claudia was very active growing up - from being captain of the school sports teams to competing in high level netball and soccer, she loved keeping fit in any way possible. After leaving high school, she began going to the gym, where she realised her passion for fitness. Becoming a personal trainer was the perfect career fit for Claudia, as she has always been motivated to educate, inspire, and support others around her. As a trainer, she most enjoys being able to foster relationships with her clients and help them create better lifestyles for themselves.
For those ready to get started with fitness, Claudia says to ‘just start!’. She recommends leaning into the journey and embracing it, not just for the short term, but forever.
Claudia uses a variety of training techniques to deliver results for her clients. Her main focus is strength and conditioning as it is challenging, intense and fun.
When she’s not busy in the gym, you can find Claudia keeping herself fit, going for long walks with her friends and her dog, and spending time with others over dinner & drinks.
