Cohen began going to the gym to improve his mental health and soon became obsessed with the positive changes it brought to both the physical and mental aspects of his life. During this time he acquired a personal trainer who demonstrated to him the impact a trainer can make in their clients’ lives.
What Cohen most loves about being a trainer is seeing people better themselves every day and helping them become the best versions of themselves and reach their goals.
For those thinking about getting started on their own health journey, Cohen advises that everyone has to start somewhere, and that any movement is a start, even if it's just walking on the treadmill for 5 minutes.
Cohen is a big fan of all types of training and keeps his style varied, from machines and free weights to cardio and callisthenics.
In his free time, Cohen enjoys cooking, playing guitar and camping.
