Cole Smida

“Stay consistent.”

Cole always loved keeping active and grew up playing a lot of team sports. He joined the gym to grow muscle, and in doing so found a passion for exercise and personal health. As a trainer, Cole enjoys helping people find enjoyment in exercise, create healthy habits and achieve their goals.

For those hoping to kickstart their own fitness journeys, Cole says to stay consistent, reminding us that it’s a marathon, not a sprint. In staying consistent and putting in the work, the results will show.

Cole’s training style is tailored to each individual client, however his overall ethic is to work hard, keep it fun and most importantly, safe.

When Cole isn’t at the gym you can find him going for a bike ride, relaxing with some gaming and having a bite to eat out.
