Cristina Pop

“Hard work pays off.”

Growing up playing a range of team sports, Cristina was raised living a very active lifestyle. After finishing high school and wrapping up her involvement with team sports, she wanted to keep fit and decided to join a gym. As a trainer, Cristina enjoys educating her clients and seeing them push their limits to reach their goals.

The advice that Cristina gives to people who are just beginning their fitness journey is to keep in mind that the journey won’t be easy, but it will be 100% worth it. She says that most of the hard work is achieved through mindset, and that when you focus on this aspect, you will be able to do anything.

Cristina’s training focuses on the mind and muscle connection and she uses a combination of supersets, drop sets, time under tension, progressive overload and controlled movements to build progression in strength.

In her free time, she enjoys keeping active outside by going for beach walks, hikes, ice skating and jet skiing. Cristina is also passionate about cooking and travelling.
