Emily Cairns


Emily has always been an active person. While studying dance full-time after leaving school, part of the course involved a strength session at the gym. This is where her love for the gym and fitness first really started. She now loves helping people reach their potential and realise that exercise is fun, not a chore!

Her best piece of advice for those starting out on their fitness journeys is to find a style of exercise they enjoy. The goal is to do it because you love it, not because you feel you should.

Emily’s training style is strength training mixed with some HIIT to keep clients on their toes. She loves nothing more than helping people feel confident in the gym.

In-between gym sessions, Emily enjoys dancing, CrossFit and walking her dog.
