Harry has always had a huge drive for fitness and sport, playing soccer from the age of 4 and eventually falling in love with the gym and weight training. Harry now enjoys using his passion for fitness to help make a positive difference in the lives of his clients.
For those thinking about starting in the gym, Harry says just jump in! The best thing to do is to take the leap and put the work in. The worst thing you can do is not jump in and never know how it will go. Just go for it and give it your all.
Harry’s training style revolves around body building and composition training, with a little bit of heavy power lifting.
When he’s not busy training his clients, you’ll find Harry listening to music, going for a drive with friends or hanging at the beach.
