Haydn has been involved with sports since his teens when he played football. It was through this that he wanted to improve his physique, resulting in him starting to lift weights.
For those beginning, Haydn advises to set yourself a three-stage plan: short, medium & long, and understand that it takes time. Like they say Rome wasn't built in a day.
Haydn prefers to tailor his training sessions depending on the skills of each client, rather than having a set style. He prefers more of a focus on free weight style training compared to machine-based as he feels it yields better performance and lifestyle benefits. Haydn also has a background in boxing so tries to incorporate that into his sessions from time to time to spice up my client's cardio sessions.
When he's not in the gym Haydn can either be found wakeboarding or gaming.
