What is HIITFIT?
HIITFIT is Revo’s very own 24/7, self-run circuit program, accessible to every member FREE OF CHARGE.
HIITFIT runs all day and all night on screens in a designated functional training area in all Revo Fitness gyms.
Thanks to the endorphin rush that goes hand-in-hand with high intensity training, it’s easy to get hooked on this training style. However, understand your limits and always consult a health professional if you are a first time user or new to fitness.
HIITFIT is strength training, building muscle and cardio all in one! It’s a great time saver for those who want to train their whole body by maximising muscle & calorie burn.

- Grab all the equipment needed for the workout
- Choose which exercise to start the circuit from
- 40 seconds of work & 20 seconds of rest
- Rotate to the next exercise during rest period
- 80 seconds of rest after completing the 10 exercises
- Rotate through x 2 more times and complete your workout
