Hope grew up in an active family, with her dad competing in strongman competitions, her brother being a sub-elite rugby league player, and her being a cheerleading captain, so becoming a personal trainer was an easy next move.

Hope has had her own health issues which lead to a weight of 120kgs and her getting gastric sleeve surgery. From this experience, she saw the need for trainers that specialise in this field due to the sensitivity and special requirements. She loves inspiring and educating others to live a healthier lifestyle.

For those ready to start their own fitness journeys, Hope recommends staying consistent, knowing your reason why, and make sure you are having fun!

Hope tailors her training style to the needs of her clients and their goals.

Outside of the gym, Hope enjoys going for walks, going to the beach, thrift shopping, stand up paddle boarding and watching true crime documentaries.
