Isla grew up dancing competitively and joined the gym to stay fit after she stopped. It didn’t take long for her to become passionate about training and eager to learn more. After years of assistant coaching at her dance studio, she took pride in watching students improve week on week and wanted to continue to help people along their journey. As a trainer, Isla loves being able to help women grow not only in strength, but in confidence too.

For those hoping to kickstart their own fitness journeys, Isla recommends setting a challenge for yourself each day, as when you look back after doing it for a while, you’d be amazed how they add up over time.

Isla tailors each program to suit her client's specific goals, however she always advocates for female muscle growth and strength. Isla loves to focus on split muscle group programs to improve body composition and overall health.

When Isla isn’t coaching her clients, you’ll find her going for walks and swims along the coast, or grabbing a coffee and cinnamon roll with her friends.
