Jacob's family has always been a very active one and Jacob followed suit, play just about every sport from a young age. Going on to fall in love with cricket and Aussie Rules, Jacob connected with the support from the team environment of these sports, this lead to Jacob realising his passion for helping people within the fitness industry.

Jacob wants people just starting to never compare yourself to anyone else. It is your journey, not theirs and everyone was a beginner at one stage. Start small, be consistent and most of all do something that will give you enjoyment. We all work more efficiently doing something we enjoy.

Jacob's training style is to master the basics and keep it simple with all things from lifestyle guidance to the work we do in the gym and make sure we are staying consistent. Each client's program or sessions will differ as everyone has different goals and are at different stages in their lives. Most of all he makes sure it's fun and enjoyable!

When he's not in the gym, Jacob likes to spending as much time as he can with family and friends and playing footy for Swan Districts FC.
