Jade’s fitness journey started as a dancer, where she was able to experience the positive effects that exercise had on her life from both a physical and mental aspect. During this time, she realised how important it was to her to express herself through movement. After beginning work as an Occupational Therapist and Mental Health Clinician, she saw the need for Personal Trainers that have a solid understanding of Mental Health conditions, in particular anxiety and depression. This gap in the industry inspired Jade to become a trainer that has a holistic view on exercise and a unique approach to helping people embark on their fitness journey.
For those wanting to make a start on their own health and fitness journeys, Jade says to start small, as creating unrealistic goals will only set you up to fail. If you struggle with gym anxiety, Jade recommends reaching out to a trainer that understands and has the skills to help you kick that anxiety to the curb!
Jade focuses on meeting her clients on their level. She builds her programs to ensure there are no false promises and no reaching for the unattainable. Jade makes sure that she always brings a sense of understanding and nurturing to her training style.
Outside the gym, Jade still loves to dance, and also enjoys going for a hike or doing a spot of gardening.

I love a good, seated row so I can feel those back muscles burn!

My dog because she gets spoilt rotten!
