Jai initially joined a gym whilst he was still in high school to help him gain strength and fitness whilst he was playing basketball and fell in love with it. He was inspired to become a trainer to help improve the quality of people’s lives through fitness, and found it was a match made in heaven given his love for building relationships with people and his passion for the gym lifestyle.

For those just beginning their fitness journey, Jai says to find exercise that you love doing, as it will help you to stay consistent in the long run if you enjoy what you are doing each session.

Jai’s training style incorporates hypertrophy and strength training as he likes to help his clients build bigger and stronger muscles.

Outside of the gym, you can find Jai eating out, drinking coffee, listening to music or relaxing with a book.
