Jake's love of health & fitness ignited when he started working out at the age of 15. The feeling of accomplishment and good releasing endorphins after completing a workout was his motivation to turn his hobby into a career!

Jake is a strong believer that no goal is too big or too small, everything is obtainable and he will help you achieve them! His training style focuses predominantly on hypertrophy muscle building, along with strength and conditional weight training.

When Jake is not training in the gym you'll find him checking out the latest cafes for the best coffee in Perth!
