Jake O’Brien
“Make fitness a habit.”
Jake started going to the gym in high school so that he could build up muscle and transform his physique. After introducing many of his friends into gym he was able to watch them grow in not only strength and appearance but also in confidence. He knew from then on that being a trainer was the job for him so he could continue to help many more people through their own journey.
To those who want to start their fitness journey, Jake notes that making anything fitness related a habit entwined into your day-to-day life makes the routine come easily, and far harder to break.
Jake’s training style varies depending on each individual client’s goals, but he loves to focus on strength and conditioning and HIIT.
When not at work, Jake still loves to keep busy with sport and has a soft spot for basketball which he played for most of his childhood.
