Sport has been a big part of Jakob’s life for a long as he can remember. Whether it was playing football, or just having fun with friends, it was a part of his everyday life. As he became older, this turned into a love for fitness, improving his physical abilities and taking care of himself. Jakob also became more invested in improving and getting the most out of his training and realised that performance, health and training was a huge passion of his. Without even realising it, he found himself studying and training for hours a day at his own leisure. As a trainer now, Jakob loves seeing people happy and helping people improve their quality of life.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Jakob says not listen to anyone who tells you that you can’t do something. He says to work hard, trust the process, and you will see results.
Jakob likes to use performance-based evidence in a fun and engaging way to help his clients reach their goals.
Outside of being a trainer, Jakob loves to play football and basketball, go on adventures and travel.

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
I like the idea of being a large land-based animal, but I've always loved the thought of being able to fly. It's tough to pick one, however I think I could live with being a grizzly bear
