Jarrett was involved in sports and fitness since a young age, and so becoming a Personal Trainer felt like a natural progression for him. Jarrett enjoys being able to share his knowledge with his clients and guiding them to reach their individual goals.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Jarrett says there is no better time to start than right now. He says that there will always be reasons not to do something, so to just make the leap.

Jarrett’s training style is orientated around getting his clients to reach their long term goals, and he uses a mix of multiple different training methods to provide the best individual approach he can.

Jarrett’s hobbies outside of the gym revolve around fashion, music, sneakers and socialising.
