Jen first got into fitness at a young age with different sporting codes and then started at a gym at 16 years old. Jen now enjoys helping others reach their goals and inspire themselves through their progress on their fitness journeys.
For those thinking about kickstarting their fitness journeys, Jen says to remember that we all start somewhere, and you can achieve your goals over time. Personal trainers are there to support and encourage you day in and day out.
Jen loves to include compound exercises in her training, as well as using free weights combined with HIIT training to change it up.
When she’s not busy training her clients, Jen likes to spend her time playing video games, scuba diving and hiking.

Dolphin because I do like to go to the beach and be in the ocean. I feel relaxed and enjoy the calm of the ocean
