Joe began training at the gym as a teenager to help him get in better shape for group sports, and since then transformed into a daily discipline which he finds helps him with success across all aspects of his life. Joe noted that today our society faces an all-time high in health issues, and that he believes movement is the best medicine to combat health complications. Joe has always believed that the highest service to this world is service to others, and as a trainer enjoys being able to help any person turn their life.
To those who want to start their fitness journey, Joe recommends starting small, with something so simple that it can be done in just 5 minutes. By starting small you can then gradually build on this over time.
Joe caters each session to his client’s needs and focuses heavily on education and communication. Joe is a firm believer of ‘if you’re not learning, you aren’t improving’.
When Joe isn’t training, you’ll find him competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu or running his podcast which is dedicated to all topics regarding health and fighting.

A species of monkey called the Emperor Tamarin which are known distinctly for their Mustache like appearance. They are incredibly intelligent and look like little businessmen
