Joel first got into fitness through playing cricket and football, however it wasn’t until he was working as an electrician that he realised he wanted to pursue fitness as a career. Feeling unfulfilled in his job, Joel sought out becoming a trainer so that he could help people build healthier lives and connect with likeminded individuals.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Joel recommends creating small and achievable habits as they will help you stay consistent. He believes that by having a goal in mind of what you want to achieve and a plan to get there, you will commit yourself to staying accountable.
Joel’s training style is focused on creating a positive impact in his clients’ life, by pushing them to reach their goals in the gym and also educating them to live a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.
When he has spare time, Joel loves to fill it with cricket, coffee, the beach and going travelling.
