Jordan joined a local gym to build muscle and strength after losing a substantial amount of weight as a teen. Jordan had always loved sports, but quickly fell in love with bodybuilding and immediately began working towards his first competition.
Jordan loves being a trainer because he can be a part of someone’s fitness journey and watching them work towards becoming the best version of themselves. It’s a bonus if he can put a smile on their face whilst doing it.
For those new to fitness, Jordan says it’s like brushing your teeth everyday – you simply need to incorporate it into your lifestyle. If you find something you enjoy and can stick to it then you are halfway there, as Jordan believes that enjoyment and adherence are the keys to success.
Jordan’s training style focuses on strength and muscle building due to his passion for bodybuilding.
When he’s not busy in the gym, you’ll still find Jordan keeping very active - playing golf, cricket or footy.
