Josh Birch


Josh got into fitness through school and friends and has since set out on helping others start their own fitness journeys. He likes helping people learn things the right way from the get-go, and loves to help people feel better about themselves.

As for his advice for those new to the gym, Josh believes in focusing on your own journey, and not worrying about what anyone else is doing.

Josh’s training style is hypertrophy based, which is bodybuilding style training focused on muscle growth.

Josh enjoys bodybuilding, and when he’s not in the gym training himself or his clients, he’s thinking about being in the gym training!
