Josh first got into fitness to gain strength, size and confidence. He says he was the “typical skinny kid” and needed something to focus on for his mental health. After playing a variety of sports, he fell in love with strength and hypertrophy training. He now enjoys using his passion to help others become confident, strong and happy individuals through fitness.

For those ready to get started with their own fitness routine, Josh says the magic pill is consistency. The key to consistency is to enjoy it.

Josh uses a combination of strength and hypertrophy to help his clients achieve their goals in the gym.

When he’s not busy in the gym, you’ll find Josh playing golf or water sports, or hitting the beach.
