Josh Italiano

“Take a leap of faith.”

Josh grew up playing team sports to keep fit and healthy, however, after suffering a major spinal injury he was forced to stop playing sport entirely. During the few years that followed, Josh dragged himself to the gym every day to rebuild his strength and rehab his back, and it was during this time that he fell in love with the process of working on yourself at the gym. The gym helped Josh get back to doing the things he loved, and it was because of this that he was inspired to help others on their journey do the same.

For those just beginning their own health and fitness journey, Josh says to take a leap of faith and just start. He says that the worst thing you can do is stop, and never know what would happen if you tried your best.

Josh has an infectious passion for fitness, which translates into his sessions. According to Josh, if you book a session with him “We're gonna have fun, you're gonna sweat and we're gonna smash our goals!”

When not training clients, Josh loves playing all sorts of sports, especially volleyball, grabbing a coffee with friends, and watching anime.

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?

A golden retriever - I've always got energy to burn, running in circles, and you might even wonder what's going on inside my head sometimes!
