Joshua was always sporty and energetic growing up, however lacked the physique and body confidence he was after. Within the first few months of training at a gym, he noticed changes that went beyond physical, and has since become addicted to the rewarding feeling of self-improvement. Joshua now loves supporting people through their own journey and achieving both short and long-term goals together.
For those new to fitness, Joshua doubles down on the fact that you do not need to be able to do everything straight away. He also believes that it is more important to set solid foundational skills when starting out, which you can build on as you progress.
Joshua tailors his training style to suit his clients’ needs but loves to focus on a combination of power lifting, strength and conditioning, and hypertrophy.
His perfect day would consist of a morning at the gym, followed by a trip to the beach to soak up the sun, and rounded off with a Muay Thai session.
