“Take it one day at a time.”
Kaif began playing team sports at a young age, and never looked back. As he got older and realised he could make simple, and small changes that would results in positive effects in his fitness, he began to take it more seriously. Becoming a trainer then felt like a natural next step, as Kaif set to work on helping others realise the same thing. As a trainer, Kaif’s favourite loves having the ability to assist people take control of their lives.
For those new to fitness, Kaif says to start slow, and focus on just one day at a time. He encourages everyone to just give it a go, and start small because “before you know it, you’ll know exactly what you’re doing and not think twice about it!”
Kaif likes to keep his training simple, focusing on getting the fundamentals and proper technique in check, before moving on to bigger challenges.
When he’s not at the gym, Kaif stays pretty active! You’ll find him playing soccer, golf, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and going Go Karting.
