“One day or day one?”

Once Liv discovered the difference between how she felt with and without fitness, she said that regular participation became a non-negotiable. Liv now loves helping people find movement that they love and making them feel comfortable in their own skin.

For those just beginning their fitness journey, Liv preaches that there is no perfect time to begin. She says “When will you stop letting doubt and fear control your life? You are capable of more than you know. You don’t have to be amazing to start or know everything. There are people to help, all you have to do is reach out and ask!”

Liv’s training style is dependent on the individual and their goals, as she believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

When not training her clients, you can find Liv outside camping, going to the beach, hiking, and exploring. She also loves all things food related!
