Martina has always loved movement, and first started running before getting into the gym curious about resistance training. Her interest in strength and powerlifting grew from there as she noticed herself getting stronger and stronger. Martina now enjoys educating females about strength training and proper nutrition to deter them from doing excessive cardio, random exercises and fearing lifting heavy.

Martina’s best advice for those hoping to kick start their fitness journeys is to ask for help and stay consistent. Nobody was born with amazing strength and a great physique. We all have to start somewhere, fail and learn.

Martina utilises strength training and powerlifting to get her clients maximum results, and enjoys helping people increase their strength and develop new skills in the gym.

Martina’s hobbies outside the gym include heading to the beach, going snorkelling and travelling.

If I could I would only eat sweets, cinnamon scrolls, donuts and eclairs ;)
